I lost my fighting spirit again..
I feel so down after being so sick last week..
Why always like that..
End up now I don't feel like doing anytng..
Don't feel like going to work..
Don't even have the determination to lose weight and exercise..
Suddenly I'm back to square one..
I need to find myself quick..
I only have one day time to wake myself up..
Find the fighter before last week plague..
The full of energy and determined me..
So much ideas and motivation..
What happen to me again..

I need to find my root cause..
